About the band
Morčata na útěku (“Guinea Pigs on the Run”) is a rock/metal band from Brno, known for parodies of well-known Czech and international songs with their own lyrics full of crude humour. On their own website they introduce themselves as a “downright peculiar band”.
Since their debut Hlavně se s tím nesrat (2004) they have released the albums Kouření může zabíjet (2005), Konec řezníků v Čechách (2006), the split Při požáru otevřít with YBCA (2007), Jsme trochu jiný (2008), Tenkrát na záchodě (2010), Tradice z krabice (2013), Di do prdele! (2017) and Lída v akci (2022), plus a number of singles. The band tours extensively around the Czech Republic, including the TNT – Těžce nekorektní tour with Vráťa Hošek.
